Privacy Notice

The safest way to protect sensitive personal data is never to collect it. This platform is designed around that idea.

What we do not collect

  • No user accounts and no passwords.
  • No national ID, passport or any identity document.
  • No phone numbers and no email addresses.
  • No documents, photos, screenshots or recordings — there is no upload feature.
  • No private case files and no confidential court material.

What we do hold

  • The text of the story or reply you choose to publish, which is public by definition.
  • The pen name you type — choose one that is not your real name.
  • The county you select, at county level only.
  • Basic, aggregated traffic statistics with no personal identifiers.

Your posts are public

Anything you publish here can be read, indexed by search engines, quoted and copied by anyone in the world. We cannot recall a post that has already been read or copied elsewhere. Please write with that in mind.

Deletion

You may ask us to remove any post or reply you wrote. Send the request through the takedown page with the link to the post. We remove it from the platform; we cannot remove copies made by third parties.

Legal basis and your rights

Publication is based on your explicit consent, given when you accept the rules before posting. Under the Data Protection Act, 2019 you have the right to be informed, to access, to correct and to request deletion of your personal data. Because we hold so little, most requests are simply a post removal.

Cookies

We use only essential storage in your browser to remember drafts and posts you have made on this device. No advertising trackers and no cross-site profiling.

Contact

Privacy questions and deletion requests go through the takedown and contact page.
